From Scratch Pepperoni Pizza

Now let's throw it all together and make a Pizza!!





Ingredients:

1 Homemade dough (whole dough gives a thick crust, dough cut into 2, makes 2 thin/medium crust)

1 container Homemade sauce

1 package Pepperoni

1 8oz. block mozzerella cheese (shredded)

1/4 cup parmesan cheese(optional) (grated)

1 Pizza stone(optional, but gives the best crust)



Directions:

PreHeat oven to 500 degrees.

If using a pizza stone, keep stone in oven while it's preheating.

Once oven and stone have preheated, remove stone from oven.

Shape dough to size of pizza stone and lay ontop. Stone will be very hot so be careful.

Add as much sauce as you prefer, I usually use about a 1/2 cup per pizza

Add all your mozzarella cheese and then the Parmesan

I like alot of pepperoni, so I use the whole bag but it's however you like it.

once you've topped your dough, it's ready for the oven.

Put pizza in oven and bake for 10-14 minutes. Pizza should be golden and pepperoni's should be crisp around the edges. Slice, serve, and Enjoy!

It's that easy!
