Homemade 10 Minute Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

1 Tbsp. granulated cane sugar

1 Cup warm water(about 110 degrees F)

3 cups bread flour or all purpose flour

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp. salt




Directions:

Add yeast and sugar to warm water, stir and set aside for the yeast to "bloom" about 5 minutes.

In a mixer with the dough paddle attached.(can use bowl and wooden spoon too) Add flour, sugar, and salt to a bowl and mix. Once yeast has bloomed, add oil and flour mixture. On medium speed knead dough until it forms a soft dough ball. Dough should be fairly firm. For a thick crust roll dough into one large ball, for medium to then crust, cut in half to form 2 dough balls. let dough rest while your oven is preheating, or put it in a oiled zip lock bag and freeze it.
