Ingredients:
2 Lbs. of extra sharp cheddar (block)
2 Tbsp of unflavored gelatin
2 cup boiling water
Directions:
Once water has boiled, pour in powdered gelatin and mix until dissolved. Add cheese to food processor and blend. While food processor is still on, slowly pour in water and gelatin mixture. Pour cheese mixture into mold. I used a silicone loaf mold, so that it would be easy to remove once set. Put the filled mold into the fridge for an hour or so, until it sets. Once set, remove from mold and either slice and serve, or wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 month or more depending on your refrigerator settings.
