Homemade shelf stable Powdered Sugar

Ingredients:

2 Cups granulated cane sugar https://amzn.to/3vNrqyu

2 Tbsp corn starch










Directions:

Add both ingredients to a blender(high powered works best), and blend for about 10 minutes. Mixture should be light and fluffy and powdery just like the stuff in the store.
