Homemade shelf stable Brown Sugar

Ingredients:

2 Cups granulated cane sugar https://amzn.to/3QnekRU

2 Tbsp Molasses








Directions:

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix on medium high speed for 7 to 10 minutes. once molasses is fully incorporated and you dont see any more clumps, mixture is ready for storage.

If you're using organic non GMO ingredients this is the "healthiest" most flavorful brown sugar you will ever eat. Recipe can double well with no issues, and stores for about 1 year in an air tight container. I have found that homemade brown sugar does NOT harden or clump as easy as store bought.
