Fluffy Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

1-8 oz. Block of Cream cheese

1-7 oz. Container of Marshmallow fluff

1 Pint of Heavy whipping cream

2 Tbsp Powdered sugar (See powdered sugar recipe) or purchase some here:

Directions:

With a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream just until it starts to get thick. sift in powdered sugar, and mix again until stiff peaks have formed (See Notes Below). You now have whipped cream. Remove from mixing bowl, or in a separate bowl(if using a hand mixer), add cream cheese, and marshmallow fluff. Cream together until well mixed. Add whipped cream back to cream cheese mixture and gently mix on the lowest speed. Once everything is well mixed, it should be light and airy. It's ready to add to any fruit tray, grazing table, or just to have in the fridge for a quick snack with your favorite fruits! This recipe is always a favorite. Its so easy, you'll bring it to every get together!

Notes:

-Stiff peaks mean that when you lift the beater quickly from the thickened cream, the peaks should stand firm.

-Careful not to take this too far, or you'll end up with butter!

-Stiff peaks could take anywhere from 3 minutes to 5, depending on the speed of your mixer.
