Ingredients:
6 Large Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
5 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 425 Degrees.
Add butter to 9x13 baking dish, and place into oven while it preheats. Just until butter is melted.
In a blender add Eggs, Milk, Flour, Salt, Vanilla. Until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into baking dish, and bake for 22-27 minutes or until edges are golden brown and puffy.
To serve: sprinkle with powdered sugar.
This dish is so versatile. You can serve it sweet with your favorite fruits, whipped cream, syrups, or just powdered sugar. Or you can serve it savory by adding fried eggs some veggies and bacon.
